These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

All products sold through this store are digital materials delivered as downloadable files. They are educational and informational resources. They are not a medical, diagnostic or therapeutic service, they do not constitute professional advice about any individual child, and they do not replace assessment or treatment by a qualified speech-language pathologist or other professional.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices are subject to change without notice. A price change does not affect orders already placed.

4. Orders and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information for all purchases, in particular a valid email address, since that is where your download is delivered.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

Nothing in this store is shipped. After your payment is confirmed, a download link is sent to the email address you provided at checkout, normally within a few seconds. If it has not arrived within one hour, please check your spam folder and then contact us at info@nciglp.com and we will resend it.

6. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. It covers problems with your download, the statutory cancellation right available to consumers in the United Kingdom and the EU/EEA, and the consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law. Please read it before ordering.

7. Licence and Permitted Use

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own family or, where the product is sold for professional use, within your own practice. You may print copies for that purpose. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, upload to file-sharing services, or use the material to create a competing product.

8. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to submit false or misleading information.

9. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and downloadable files, is the property of Neurodiversity Communication Institute or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission, beyond the licence granted in Section 7.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Nothing in this section limits any warranty, guarantee or right that cannot be excluded under the consumer law applicable to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and liability for fraud.

12. Governing Law

If you are a consumer, these Terms and your purchase are governed by the law of the country in which you are habitually resident, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. For all other users, these Terms are governed by Italian law.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to the website and apply to orders placed after that point. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
